The Communication Advantage

"The Communication Advantage" is a course built expressly to increase productivity. With targeted lessons in listening, diplomacy, team building and customer service, Jean helps participants identify helpful and unhelpful patterns in their communication styles.

Participants will:

  • Learn how to have tough discussions with diplomacy
  • Use listening techniques to create rapport
  • Identify creative ways to manage frustration and get along better
  • Examine the three needs of every employee and customer and how to fulfill them
  • Engage in teambuilding activities to highlight valuable communication insights
  • Set goals to bring what was learned in the session back to work

Jean has worked as a speaker and seminar leader for nine years. She has taught communication skills in multi-national firms and for groups up to 300 people. Her seminars offer practical techniques to ease everyday workplace friction. Jean has worked and consulted with the following industries: entertainment, technology, government, healthcare, recruiting, hospitality, education, financial services and real estate.

“The Communication Advantage” is available in one day – two day seminar formats. Half day sessions are also available.
