| I love writing songs and parodies, and with the help of director, Martha Elcan, this project was my big chance. This satirical blues song was my homage to Michelle Pfeiffer’s performance in “The Fabulous Baker Boys”. I also rented “Lady Sings the Blues” for inspiration and wardrobe ideas. And I suppose I have George W. Bush to thank for the lyrics. |
